At A Nestling Babie, we take utmost care in ensuring your little one’s essentials reach you safely and on time.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier service. Most orders reach within 2-8 business days across India.
Delays: While we always strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to courier or weather conditions are beyond our control.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp/Email.
Shipping Coverage: We currently ship pan India.

Due to the delicate nature of baby clothing, we currently accept returns or exchanges only in cases of a defective or wrong product delivered.
To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue and opening video with defects.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact.
Once approved, we will arrange for an exchange or issue a store credit (valid for your next purchase).

Refunds are only applicable if a replacement is not possible.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 1 business days.
